Gerardo Gutierrez Vargas, Modern Space’s Owner and Master Carpenter, grew up in Michoacán, Mexico. To this day his design is inspired by the Torres de Satélite in Mexico City that are a study in the relationship between art and architecture. Gerardo is passionate about incorporating locally sourced and sustainable materials into his projects.
